Farm Raised Fish collecting activities are developed by SPECSA at Southern Chile in X and XI Region, a privileged area characterized by the high purity of his crystalline and unpolluted waters. Atlantic Salmon, Rainbow Trout and Coho Salmon raw material is selected through SPECSA controllers and transported to the associated HACCP approved plant where it is is selected, graded by size, processes, and glazed for maximum final products quality.
