SPECSA has available more than 480 square meters for raw material processing in Region X of Chile, with a day freezing capacity of 24 tons in forced air tunnels. This allows a monthly production capacity of 500 tons of frozen product.

The processing plant is also certified by the H.A.C.C.P. System and Quality Assurance Programs that allows an efficient control of all critical points within the production process, including sanitary certifications and authorizations for processing export products all over the world.

Using management control tools such us total quality in each stage of the production process and by the constant Improvement in all the value chain, SPECSA guarantee the delivery of a product with the highest standard of quality to the most demanding markets and final consumers.

SPECSA also has a close relation with an associated plant for processing farm raised fish.
